Session time out GPO

I'm trying to find the GPO to set the amount of idle time before the screen locks in windows server 2008 R2.  I've found several references stating to change the following GPO
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization > " Enable screen saver, Password protect the screen saver and Screen saver timeout settings"
The local policy editor only has Regional & Language Options, & User Accounts.  The GPO on DC has Personalization but Only has the following configurable settings:

Force a specific default lock screen and logon image
Prevent changing of lock screen and logon image
Prevent changing of start menu background
Do not display the lock screen
Prevent enabling lock screen camera
Prevent enabling lock screen slide show
Force  a specific background and accent color
Force a specific Start background
