My Apps does not show under Settings

Dynamics 365 9.1 Online

We are unable to get to our app landing page as shown below.  My Apps does not show under Settings and using does not work either. I have tried going to Customizations and looked for Apps but we only have Model-Driven Apps.

What we are trying to do:
•      Select the App which you want to update
•      Select Manage Roles

The workaround has changed to appending /apps to the end of your URL For example:
