Windows 10 inplace upgrade fails

hello all,

i am trying to upgrade LTSB to Windows 10 and it failing. deploying through SCCM

Any suggestions?

Try updating it manually with a repair install to fix errors in the operating system. Keep Everything.

Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button, select Save.
Create a USB Windows Installation key and then run Setup on the USB Key.
This will launch the Repair and proceed normally.

thanks John, we need to deploy this to over 12000 machines

If you have 12,000 machines that will not update, something must be wrong with your Server pushing out the updates. Perhaps contact Microsoft Support

its not the update john, we are testing inplace upgrade by deploying SCCM task sequence. 1607 to 1803 works good.
LTSB to 1803 was working good before, but its throwing these errors now
