Press F5 on your keyboard, then type in 'A1' and press Enter

This will take you to the (hidden) cell A1.

Now you can Format and Unhide that column:

Home - Cells - Format - Hide & Unhide - Unhide Columns

With VBA:
ActiveSheet.Columns("A:A").Hidden = False

Was the column closed up to hide it?   Grab the column hidden like that by the right side of the column and drag it open.
