Favorites missing after moving PST file

I have a user that is missing their favorites in their 2010 Outlook.  I checked the mark to show their favorites under the Navigation Pane but it appears to be blank once I see the favorites.  Any idea where it could have gone.  This occurred after I had to move their PST file back and forth.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Once you stabilize the location of the PST file (and very much ensure the PST file is NOT on a network drive), reset favorites and see if they remain.

Outlook 2010 is pretty much out of support and needs to be upgraded.

What do mean reset favorites?

What I meant was, after all the PST moves are complete, then "Show"  favorites.  See if the favorites now stay put.

AFAIK, if you move your PST files around with Outlook getting notifiied about it, (that is without hacking the email profile in registry, which is cumbersome and error prone), you loose links in favourites for them. You need to manually redefine them.
