FRM - 40655 after 12c Upgrade

Hi everyone -

We recently upgraded db from 11g to 12.2.
We have a dilemma with one form that was created with Forms 6i. it is a standalone Utility Form created around 10 yrs ago
We had no problems working with it on 11g but now (12.2) when we exit the Form we get - FRM-40655 SQL Error Forced Rollback Clear Form and Re-Enter Transaction-
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening on 12.2. and how to solve?

Thank you.

Does the error FRM-40655 occur everytime ? Or is there some user action there ?
I added topic Oracle Database :).
Does the form work as expected, and save any adds or changes the user makes, then give you this error only when you exit the form?

We have a number of Forms6 forms yet that work in our Oracle12.1 database.  We did have to change some of the 12c defaults.  Without those changes we had errors long before exiting the forms.

Dear Helena,

Thank you.

Yes, this error occures every time, Just run the Form and during exist it is showing immediately this error without doing any otherthing.

Any suggestion please.

Hi Mark,

Thank you.

The Form is working as expected but only Save point and Rollback are not working, no issue with the commit.

You know during the exit Form, an auto rollback is fired and so this error started showing; I am not sure why rollback is not working from Oracle developer 6i to the database 12c, 12.2; I am looking for any configuration on the database level or regedit or even the configuration files of the  Oracle developer 6i  to solve this issue.

Please advise.

 regards
