Bill's suggestion of using systeminfo can be useful, but often the content run beyond the stored memory on screen so think of piping it to a text file which will capture the returned info in its entirety and allows for easier reviewing.<br />

How Can I Identify My PC's

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations.
