First, get memtest86.exe, put it on a bootable USB Key (use Rufus) and then test memory.<br />
Then see if your server vendor has a hardware test application and run that to test all hardware. <br />

Once restarted and running, update BIOS and Chipset and then all other drivers you can get updates for.
