BugCheck      Event ID-1001
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffc1002cbf5000, 0x0000000000000002, 0xfffff8094ad928b0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: bd277cf4-0684-40c6-b948-d94e7f4d3426

Also found system logs like

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly
The previous system shutdown at 3:20:56 AM on ‎2019/‎03/‎03 was unexpected

Memory dump file is of approx. 7 GB , so how I can check if required

See:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x50--page-fault-in-nonpaged-area

First, get memtest86.exe, put it on a bootable USB Key (use Rufus) and then test memory.
Then see if your server vendor has a hardware test application and run that to test all hardware.

Once restarted and running, update BIOS and Chipset and then all other drivers you can get updates for.

Also analyze your .dmp file for specific reason machine/VM died.

https://www.raymond.cc/blog/how-to-analyze-memory-dump-dmp-file/ provides a starting point for analysis.

And there are many 1000s of articles about this online.

Once you get into your dump, may only take a few seconds to determine the problem.
Did you inspect the dump file with Bluescreenviewer tool?

Also, have you scanned fully for viruses?
Scan also for rootkit viruses   (TDSSKiller from Kaspersky)
NTOSkernel is actually the system driver. Most possibly it is influenced by something else then.
Tell us more about your hardware. Is it a single drive configuration or RAIDed one?
