I want the  ESXI host to boot from hard disk only.

So you want to override the BIOS function, and rather boot ESXi from USB, BOOT from Hard Disk ?
mike shaoulAuthor Commented:
yes, that's right, I would like all my ESXI hosts to boot from Hard disk.
Do I would like to set the bios on all hosts, to boot from hard disk as the first option.
If possible I would like this to be the only option

You will have to complete that in the BIOS.

Scripting or PowerCLI - is not going to help changing a BIOS settings.
