Looking for an asp.NET content management system

Hi,

I need a versatile asp.NET Content Management System which can be used for various websites and web-apps, for instance...

- Brochure sites.
- Knowledgebase sites.
- E-Commerce sites.
etc...

I need a widely used CMS which has strong community/support base and lots of extensions/add-ons.

I don't mind paying a premium if the solution works.

Please can I have some recommendations.

We are currently using Umbraco - https://umbraco.com/ and have heard really good things about https://www.sitecore.com/.

Need to progress and select a framework.

Criteria is widely used with good extensions to minimise on creating extensions from scratch.

I was using DotNetNuke DNN about 10 years ago. you may try to review if it's suitable for your case.

alternatively, will you consider SharePoint as your "cms" ?

Yes used DNN previously myself - However I'm looking for solutions which are current and people can feedback on now as excellent.

And unfortunately SharePoint is not an option for us.
