What is a process of editing pdf files?
What is a process for editing a pdf file? I have a pdf file that is digitally signed. I need to create very similar pdf file. How do I go about doing that?
I have Adobe Acrobat version 9.5.5. Do I open the pdf file in Abode and edit it or do I need to open it in some other program. what is the process?

Adobe V9 is very old.
If the PDF is editable text upon creation, you can open it with Adobe Acrobat DC, click on Tools, Edit PDF and then double click on fields and edit them. I just did this with Adobe Acrobat DC V2015.

Also I think it is not possible to modify a digitally signed document. It will loose its validity
That is probably true. I was using a plain document
ASKER
There was an equivalent word file. I edited it and saved it as pdf.
