I have a client with Quickbooks 2018 &nbsp;. They have been using it for 10 years now. They want to create a QB file that has the data only for the past 3 years. Any way that can be done. I have tried the Condense option under utilities and not working. It still shows data from years before when you do profit lost statment or anything else.
