How to split a qb file based only last 3 years. ?

I have a client with Quickbooks 2018  . They have been using it for 10 years now. They want to create a QB file that has the data only for the past 3 years. Any way that can be done. I have tried the Condense option under utilities and not working. It still shows data from years before when you do profit lost statment or anything else.

Try Supercondense

You can get a quote to determine how you wish to proceed.  They have been around for quite a while.

Another thing you can do is consider converting to QB Online and I think Intuit can keep only current years during the conversion
