Recurring appts getting denied instead of cancelled for 1 conflict

Issue: User reports in webex outlook that they are unable to schedule a batch of recurring meetings because one of the dates is in conflict for the room they want to schedule. Previously, when this occurred the rest of the meetings went through and the date in conflict was cancelled. Now, every one of the user's meetings in the batch were denied.

Which version of outlook (and exchange or whatever backed you use).

Most likely to be a change in how your calendar is processed, either by an update or a change made within your organisation.
In Exchange for example, I believe there is a setting that specified how many conflicts are allowed before the entire series is declined.
