How can I copy data from a row that horizontal into a vertical column

I have a row of data and I need to copy and paste link in the same order but in a column.

I.E I have data in row  1 in cells A1-E1but im trying to paste link into a new workbook but paste  in column order I.E A1-E1 I need pasting into row C from C1-C5.

Is there any way round it by not copy and pasting each one individually.

Please upload a dummy workbook.

It could be done through VBA.

aaahhhh never heard of that before.   Would it work if copy and pasting on 2 seperate sheets.
