Can’t open Firefox
It’s says can’t find profile when I try to open it. Any advice on how to fix it?

thank you both of you for being so prompt. Uninstalling and installing the new version doesn't solve the problem. i tried that in the past and today and doesn't work.
what worked is creating a new profile like indicated in the article :)

That's actually by design, because Firefox doesn't delete your profile when you install a new version on top of the current one or even just uninstall the current one. That's usually a good thing, because you normally want to retain your profile when you install/uninstall/reinstal l. But when the profile is corrupt, retaining it during an uninstall/reinstall is not what the doctor ordered. :)
