How to determine what causes File Explorer to crash.<br />
Resolution: Update Windows 10 from 1803 to 1809<br />
Executed Dell Support Assist: No hardware issues were found and all the drivers were updated and I believe everything else in the Dell support assist tool box, were executed.<br />
Plan to run a full office repair next, even though the problem has not re-occured<br />
Since my notes is not on me, I believe I executed SFC /scannow<br />
I also believe DLP was removed, but I was not able to &nbsp;confirm<br />
What else &nbsp;should I be looking at to determine the cause (File Explorer hanging)?<br />
Note, no actions were performed that would trigger DLP, so it could be incompatible software<br />
I may have to execute drivers verifier next to determine what drivers that are incompatible<br />
If the problem re-ccurs, I will disable all services except Microsoft and enable one by one to see which one causes the problem.<br />
I will also see if the problem happens in Safe Mode<br />
I did not check to see if the Antivirus software was running in the background
