Windows 1809 Update fail to install

Hello Eveyone,

I was installing the Microsoft Windows updates 1809 on a Windows 10 machine. I was able to download it successfully, slowly but i was able to install it successfully,
then when reached the 100% of the installation and i clicked restart, as soon as it reached 16% i got this blue screen with the following error message.

I tried to install this 1809 update 3 times at after the restart it keep failing. I am attaching the error message, because i don't undestand what that error message mean.
any suggestion of how to fix this issue please ?

It may have an issue with Drivers. If you are running V1803, software should be OK (not sure about Anti Virus).

Update BIOS, Chipset and ALL drivers. Make a USB installation key, start Windows and run setup from the installation key. At the appropriate time, select Keep Everything.

Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button, select Save.
Create a USB Windows Installation key and then run Setup on the USB Key.
This will launch the Repair and proceed normally.

sorry for the delay reply, the person i am trying to help is out of town for another week so i couldn't try any of your suggestion yet.
