Is there any software that could be installed on my client environment? (means that my client is not too happy giving his documents anywhere online)
Thanks

All browser add on for word processing will upload your document to the cloud for anywhere access, you need to install an open source software and not to use the browser to work with the document.
Try the software in the link above.

You will have to educate the client, that documents can't both be accessed online and remain offline. It should be obvious.
Using Microsoft Word Online is safe. The documents live in the user's OneDrive folder, and the account owner controls who may gain access to the folder(s).

WHello
I think opening document on browsers ( in intranet application ) and sharing document to thirdparty (like google docs or word online) are two different things, at least that's how my users see that
Any solution that could be installed without any third party welcome

They are the same thing if the opening is make use of web app.
Any solution that could be installed without any third party welcome.
Why the app developer will be interested to develop the app of there are no welcome or login page when the user makes use of the web app.

not sure I undertand your second not - of course there is login dialog and welcomepage in my app. The app ( in browser with IIS on server) is on network completelly disconnected from internet
