Looking for cloud based Marina software that integrates with Quickbooks

Have a potential client, that has 2 marina locations. They have DSL (10Mbps) as best possible internet source. They currently have a VPN for voice network, using those same DSL connections. QoS priority is the phones. Due to the small bandwidth, instead of using the RDP connection to one slave computer at Site A... They are looking for cloud based software to manage the marina businesses as one entity. The software must be cloud based, and a Terminal Server is not an option. It must work with Quickbooks for all accounting.

you can make any non cloud application available on the 'cloud' by hosting the vm in any of the cloud providers. They don't normally integrate directly with your accounting package but have export/import available to your accounting package

I have not worked with any cloud providers, nor really sure what that details. Can you suggest a good provider?

I primarily use and resell Azure.. I've had some unexpected charges from Amazon S3. Not familiar with Google Cloud Platform or its pricing.
