Blank messages in outlook application

Business runs an exchange server (users login with LDAP) and a single user is having the following issue:
Outlook application both on his PC and android phone is not displaying the contents of some messages.
Messages between March 5th to March 13th appear to be blank but shows the subject line, confirmed that once they login on the webpage (OWA) these e-mails
do have content in them and are working fine.

User is running Windows 10 and outlook 2016 Pro.

Steps tried
- Reinstalling Outlook.
- Updated Windows OS.
- Updated the index on windows.
- Updated/synced sent/receive folders.
- Removed/Disabled add-ons.
- Disabled Hardware Graphics Acceleration.

This can hardly be called a win-10-problem since your android phone has the same problem.
I would do more tests: use different mail clients and different machines. Make sure that the test machines have nothing but outlook (or other mail clients) installed. No security software involved, please.

We run an exchange server where users can use their account to login on their PC's/Phones, this is currently the only user that is experiencing this problem, I have updated the question to reflect this. Also not sure if testing different mail clients would help since the issue is with outlook/exchange and those are the applications we will be using, if it is however relevant to test different mail applications I am more than willing to do so.
Testing is meant for learning more about this (strange) problem. Test her user with outlook on a different machine. Test her user on the same machine, but with thunderbird.
