Gsuite end user account access for admin

I have a gsuite account with about 10 users, I need to migrate them to 365.

My issue is all the uses are travelling and only use these accounts very periodically, I am trying to log into their accounts to add application access so I can connect o365 for the migration. I keep coming up with the verification for individuals mobiles, emails etc as I have not logged on from this location / device to these accounts before.

I know why it is there but I have all their user credentials as well as gsuite admin access, the users are aware of this and I am fine with them being alerted, however doing these one by one and tracking users down will take weeks, is there a way I can override the verification settings to say add them all to my phone while I do the migration.

ITanks in advance

Not really I have full admin rights in Gsuite an enterprise solution. I am asking a question about administering security for users ovsr whom I should have control. I am simply trying to avoid having to get people forwarding Pins approving emails etc during a migration. If I didn't have admin I wouldn't be asking this. Appreciate the response and if what you say is correct I will have to do it manually.

Thanks will try that out! I do have some more of these migrations so wanted to know how. I am sure I did it a long time ago. The migration is out of hours which makes it a pain if it is linked to personal devices emails etc. I should be good with his.

Thanks managed to run it with the lower security using imap to sync which didn't need 2fa. thanks.
