Looking for simple, easy to use helpdesk ticket tracking software

Hello Experts - I'm on the search for simple to setup and use helpdesk software, preferably not too expensive and able to accommodate about 80 users with one admin.  Ideally a person who needs help could just send an email to something like helpdesk@domain.com which will automatically open a ticket.  I don't need it to do inventory or anything other than track helpdesk requests and maybe do some very basic reporting like the number of tickets closed in a year.  Any recommendations?

I actually have spiceworks installed now, looking for something simpler without all the extras.
I use https://freshdesk.com/ for internal IT support.
Very easy to configure and use.
Not too expensive with good technical support
Tickets can be created by sending an email or logging on the portal.
Has loads of other options like, chat, knowledge base, canned response, automatic ticket assignment, templates etc
Has nice reporting feature as well
Checking out freshdesk now, thanks!

Not a great start, trying to sign up for the trial, put in all my info, click submit....then nothing.  Tried three browsers so far, same for all.
Very strange.
@danbrown, be sure to turn off any Ad Blocker (for the site) you might be running.

If all browsers fail, good change an Ad Blocker is blocking some critical bit of code which must be included for site to work correctly.
I have an ad blocker in Chrome but not IE or Edge, same behavior for all three.  Tried on two other machines, same thing.
Ok, try this
Just go the home page and do not click on anything
After a few seconds, you should see a CHAT icon appear in the lower right corner of your browser
Try the chat option
They should be able to help you sign up for a free trial
I could ask you for your email and sign-up for you.
I just emailed them, lets see what happens.
Ok, not going with Freshdesk.  Emailed them, got a generic reply that an account was setup, still couldn't sign in.  Called them, got bounced around, first call disconnected.  Called back again, lady picked up then hung right up.  Next!
Check out the SpiceWorks HOSTED ticket system.  It can treat things entirely separately and it's pretty easy and simple.
My current company is using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus:

Feel free to try it and let us know how it goes.
Thanks all
