SCCM 2016 software install hangup

I am deploying software via SCCM, I have MSI files that have worked fine, and some .exe files that have worked fine.

I am working with a few that are getting stuck on "waiting to install". It looks like it gets the content from the DP point no issue.

I cannot figure out which logs to check to see where the install is hanging up if it is at all.

The example I am using is for Microsoft Office. I have used this document (yes for sccm 2012, but still helps with having the instructions)

the log location really helps. Does not solve the office install, but will be able to inspect logs and work it out or ask a more detailed question.
