Switch to Office 365
switching inmotion webmail to office 365 exchange server. i set up all users with business essentials. they already have outlook 2010 on their desktops. can they keep 2010 and just change the account settings in 2010 to pull 365 mail now and will it sync with their phone and online web access or will the desktops require the business premium plan? thanks

You need to reconfigure outlook profile for O365 users, it cannot use existing profiles

Office 2010 is now quite old. So in addition to the above, just upgrade and move on. I recommend you not keep Office 2010
