Changing chrome interface language
When trying to change chrome interface language - "add language" link does nothing...
I cannot add language so I cannot change interface language...
Uninstall / Reinstall - dosent work...
Creating new user in chrome - dosent work...
Other windows user - some users are able and some are not...

Ensure no pop-up blocker is active - same....
Test by changing the Google Account language settings - This can take effect if I log to chrome with my google account (which is not working also) but it also happens on the specific computers when there is no google account...
