Print Preview is not available
We have a problem with two of our machines running Office 365. We cannot print emails and the print preview is unavailable. We are able to print attachments. I have reinstalled office and tried different printers and have had no luck. See attached jpg. Any ideas?

Try running outlook in safe mode (Start, Run, outlook /safe) to see if any add-ins are causing problems.

The same problems presents itself in safe mode as well.
What happens when you try to print and is the problem just Outlook?

If you haven't, go to Devices & Printers. First delete the printer. Then click on any other printer driver and select Print Server Properties from the menu that appears. Click the Drivers tab, and remove any instances of the printer from the list.
If you are printing via a server, this needs to be done on the server. In that case (assuming the printer is connected via a network i/f) I would suggest first uninstalling on 1 PC. Then install the printer as a local printer, creating a Standard TCP/IP port for it.
