What is the best way to do deploy Office 365for all users without doing it manually ?

I have 300 users with Office 2010 Sp2 and I want to upgrade  them to the la Office 365 (Word,Excel,Outlook,etc.).

What is the best way to do deploy it without doing it manually user by user? By the way we don't have SCCM:-)

do you have an active directory?
What do you need from O365?
what services? just offline apps?
or do you need emails or others?

I think we need a bit more of info before saying.

300 users is the limit between enterprise account tenant and business (so below 300 is business above, enterprise) ...
300 users is the limit for small business in other words.


Yes we have AD.
Users are already move in O365 for their mailboxes and users have E3
We need to upgrade for MS Office Applications but the version Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

As shred said, you want the Office Deployment Tool for this. Here is the actual link to the tool:

Default is ProPlus, so at a minimum, you'll probably want to remove the line about Visio from the default XML configuration. You can stream the files from a local share instead of the web too, if bandwidth/speed is an issue.
