How do you add html flags for a text within an excel cell, version is excel 10, would it be in rules?  I am referring to email and reference to web address

Right-click the cell and select Hyperlink ... then under Link to: select either Existing File or Web Page or Email Address.
Then add the link where indicated. See:

you can just type the HTML codes in the cell directly.

Short term transactions should be financed with short term money, and long term transactions with long term funds.
This is a test, to see if we can do line breaks in  Axon uploads.<br>
