In I am sending an email with html embedded in the body.
Is it possible to include something in that html that if clicked on will print the
body of the message?

we usually don't do that, which the printing task is usually handled by the email client (it could be outlook, web browser, etc)

if you really want to do a print action there, then the link must launching a web URL (must think if the content to be printed need security protection?) which then probably loaded in a web browser, and then trigger a print action.

hope this make sense.

In addition to Ryan's answer:

It would require some JavaScript, which would not work in every client and which would for sure be treated as dangerous by the Spam/AV filter.

Depending on what you like to be printed, consider adding it as PDF attachment.
