Mail merge with multiple cc
Hi Expert,
I just want to know if this is possible, I have read a lot other post and fail to find one that suits. I need to email out 300 customers each year with their new rents (different amounts for each individuals, and each individual have a portfolio manager looking after them - hence cc)
I have a spreadsheet which has all the data regarding their name, lastname, To_email, cc_email, new rental1, new rental 2, new rental 3, etc, date_effective
I'm currently using a word doc to do mail merge, the only issue is I can't work out how to cc multiple people in the same email. I have attached a simple demo of how I did it, hopefully one expert could assist. I'm trying to avoid vba if possible, but if that's the only solution I can go with that provide it is a simple one :)
Thanking in advance for your help.

You could try the mailmerge toolkit . It sounds like it would be worth the $24 for you (although I would demo it first to be sure).
Hi joks_73,
It should be enough to enclose the CC receivers in <> so
<receiver1@myserver.com>, <receiver2@myserver.com>
It should be enough to enclose the CC receivers in <> so

btw.
A Top tool for generating documents is XpertDoc.
Input is a source in e.g. XML etc.
The template is a Word document, wher you can build data loops with their AddIn.
the output is various, pdf, docx, txt, mail, xlsx.
It's multilanguage and support multipart documents.

Hi Theo,
Appreciate your time in assisting this. I have added the <> into the cc column of the email address in the excel file. then went back to the word doc, and click 'Finish & Merge' and 'send email message'. the email went through to all recipient from the TO column, but the CC recipient didn't receive anything.
sorry, not sure if I'm missing anything. Please advise.

Hi Joks,
I send mail that way from a non Microsoft platform, without any problems,
Maybe the < and > sign must have an escape character or replaced by < > or the hex value of that
