Time Machine couldn't complete backup to &quot;[Name] Time Machine&quot;<br />

With 2 Macs (Mojave), I am unable to continue Time Machine backups. I have to erase drive to continue.<br />

Seems in the past with earlier OSX versions I could rely on Time Machine to delete older files and continue with backup.<br />

Why not now? Can I automate the erase/restart backup procedures?

With 2 Macs (Mojave), I am unable to continue Time Machine backups. I have to erase drive to continue.
