Mail Enable 3.6, messages are stuck in queues

I have a client that is using Mailenable 3.61.  I noticed today that there are emails stuck in the inbound and outbound queues.  Seems no matter what i do, I cannot get this to resolve.

I have restarted the server and the services  multiple times and still nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Attached are the files in question. I have never used mailenable before.
no visible attachments, but I would not advise attaching your mail logs, they contain quite a lot of information...
