thanks for response I not after to know how to setup room mailbox its easy and simple job. &nbsp; how to create Room find list <br />
<br />
for example. &nbsp;ABSCompany is Room list where you can add multipl room in it. and with in your outlook 2016 &nbsp;you can simple select ABSCompany and it will show you all listed room mailbox.<br />
