How to add multiple Google Apps Accounts to the same Outlook Profile

To whom it may concern

I have a client that uses Google Apps for their e-mails and reads their e-mails in outlook client.  Version of Outlook 2019 that the user uses.
Details of Laptop:
Windows 10 1803 Build 17134.677
Intel Core i-5-2450M CPU @ 2.5GHz
4GB Ram
Office 2019 Home & Business
Outlook version - 2019 MSO 6.0.11328.20220 32-bit

So basically I have setup the user's primary e-mail account (trevor@drivesouthafrica.co.za) with Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GASMSO) and syncs the account perfectly with outlook.  Now the user has 2 more google app sync accounts that has been delegated to him namely (infodrivesa@discoverafricagroup.com and pay@discoverafricagroup.com)  These account also need to be added to Microsoft Outlook and the user need to be able to send and receive from these 2 accounts.  How do I go about to add it to the same profile?  When I try to add the acccount, GASMO adds it as a seperate profile, so you have to switch profile to get to the e-mails.  The user has a desktop machine that has the outlook setup already in place and working, so it is possible, but just do not know how to setup multiple GASMSO accounts to the same profile.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

go to outlook file-accout settings- accout settings - New add new account..

this way you can add accounts one after one ...

and follow the instructions create Alias mail id for the user on Google Apps - then the user can find the from email option in outlook before send Email..

Hi,

I've never used GASMSO, but I have an Outlook profile with many Google GSuite (Apps) accounts in it.

You just add them one at a time using the Add Account process as Sajid says.

It's possible that GASMSO is the cause of the problem I guess.

Hi Sajid Shaik M and Alan

Thank you for the reply.  The tool works great for syncing your mail, contacts and notes and simplifies the setup process.  Apologies I see that they call it GASMO

I have tried adding another account, but does not want to add via exchange option in the mai setup.  In the screen shot it shows the G Suite-Account name, so there must be a way to tell GASMO to add another account.  On the PC the other mailboxes have their own inbox and sent items.  Almost like Exchange 's Shared Mailbox.

Alan, what option did you choose when adding your accounts?

Hi Alan

I was struggling to add via Exchange, but tried it via IMAP with incoming mail server as imap.gmail.com, port = 993, SSL.  Then for Outgoing mail Server = smtp.gmail.com, port = 587, STARTTLS.  This added the accounts successfully.

I was able to help my client as well as others that also required the same mailboxes in the company.

So Bottom line:
GASMO works with one account, but if you need to add more accounts, then rather add them as IMAP and you are good to go.

Thank you for the assistance

Kind Regards

Thank you Experts - Sajid Shaik M and Alan.  Your help is much appreciated.
You're most welcome - glad to hear it's working.

Alan.
A note for other future readers.   You will have to enable the option to 'Allow less secure apps' on any accounts being added using IMAP.  Google considers Outlook to be less secure than the web page interface.
