github URL missing Debian & Alpine hardening scripts
https://github.com/sveeke/harden_linux
Referring to above URL, I only see the harden_CentOS7 script but
not the two Debian & Alpine Linux: did I miss something or can
anyone point me to the right URLs to get the scripts?

And... Just looking through this script... not much real hardening in this script.
Just cursory basics, which are already done for you, during initial OS installation.

Does the free version of Lynis follow closely CIS benchmark hardenings?
Does Lynis require installer packages (eg: rpm for RHEL, pkg for Solaris) or
it can be run directly as a script without installing the packages?
