Is this computer is a part of domain ?<br />
If answer is Yes try to open computer management and connect to this computer,<br />
Then go to Local User and Groups and enable local Administrator account.<br />
Try to log on to this computer using Administrator, If you'll succeed then, go to system properties /Advanced ? User Profiles/ Settings and delete user profile you have problem with, then restart computer and log on as user you had before and let Windows create profile from scratch.<br />

It is good practice to add this user as local computer admin (if user is not a domain admin) before first log on to create profile properly

Hi Team,

I have an issue with log in to a user account in Windows 10. When i try to login into an account its showing an error message like ,
