Wifi passwords and chromebooks
Do google chrome books store WiFi passwords?
I ask because I would like to connect a guest to a WiFi network, allow them to get what they need from the Internet, then immediately disconnect them from WiFi. I am concerned that the password to our WiFi network may remain on the chrome book even when the connection is deleted.

Do google chrome books store WiFi passwords?
Yes, as is the case for Windows, MAC and IOS.
So then you need to delete the profile manually (as was also noted above)

Apologies, I meant to ask something else. If I do connect a chrome book to a WiFi network and then later remove the WiFi network, is there any way for that chrome book user to see the WiFi password?
The goal is to protect the WiFi password.

Not a single Link because all systems encrypt passwords one way or another so by experience in my case
