MX and DNS Issues

I need assistance with a DNS and MX Records issue.  I setup setup a new company I am hosting but the are not receiving any emails. They were using mailenable but they are now on my Exchange server.  I am using hosting controller as the front end.

One of the email addresses are receptionist@pyrosealant.com

Terry, you have a lot of missing information in your statement to figure out the issue.

What was the original MX record and what did you change it to?
were there any A records associated with the MX record?
did you update any potential SPF records?

this is the current MX record for the domain prurosealant.com :

10      peer3334.imailcleaner.com      209.213.83.141
20      peerbu3334.imailcleaner.com      209.213.83.141

The previous mx recordws deleted by another co-worker after the new one was created. I do know that it was going through imailcleaner should have had mail.pyrosealant.com.  The new server it should be going to is mail.securesolution.co
Yeah, the MX record pointing to imailcleaner is still there. Not sure what your co-worker deleted but it was not the MX records. You will need to access the DNS and change the MX records unless you want to continue using that SPAM filter. If you do, then you need to contact them to redirect mail accordingly.

ok. I will try them first. Thanks
Check your configurations as viewed "from the outside" -- these 2 websites are INVALUABLE in tracing problems:
 - https://intodns.com checks your DNS : from GLUE at your registrar to MX records being valid, they test your DNS from TOP to BOTTOM!
 - https://mxtoolbox.com checks your actual mailserver(s).. you can point it to your public-facing server (imailcleaner or securesolution), and even to your endpoint MTA (exchange) -- assuming it has public visibility.

MXToolbox can also help you know your status on DNS block lists, SPF, DKIM, & DMARC issues, and many other mail features

I think it has been completed. However the users are still not getting any emails.
No it has not. Go to http://mxtoolbox.com and enter your domain name. It will show you what the external Published DNS records for that domain are.

I just update the mail to point from mail.pyrosealant.com to mail.securesolution.co through spam-file.com.  Hopefully it will update
soon. If not, I am out of options
the only record showing for mail.pyrosealant.com is an alias for dc01014ms.tri-data.com
Is that something you recognise?

Yes that is the old mail server name.
It looks like your domain is in GoDaddy. Did you change the MX record there?

Now i have to figure out how to change that. Any suggestions?
How to change in GoDaddy? Log in with the GoDaddy account, select domains, select the domain and manage DNS. Since you said you are hosting this company, you may need to contact them to get the login information for their account or have the responsible party do it for you.
