Web site login duration really long
Been fighting an issue that occurs at a client site. Using IE 11 the websites load quickly (they are on fiber 100 meg up/down), however when they login to the site it can be from 45 seconds to 3 minutes before the site comes up. Using Chrome it only takes about 20 seconds to login. I tried Firefox to see what it was like and it took 3-5 minutes.
I tried the sites from our office and IE took from 1 to 1 1/2 minutes to load, but 20 seconds with Chrome.
They have Windows 7 and Windows 10 PC's and it acts the same on all. When they first contacted me I jumped to the conclusion that it was DNS without asking enough questions to discover it occurred on only 4 sites and they were ones they log into for their dealers.
Looking for any guidance from experts.
And yes I would tell them to use Chrome, but they refuse to use anything but IE

Web browsing is fast, the 4 sites giving issues are 3 Marine Dealer Web portal sites, and another Web portal dealing with financing. Once they attempt to login the portal is when we seen the long duration.
Connecting to the guest network shows no difference. And as I stated in question the response from our office shows same slowness logging into the portal.
The only difference of these sites to others is that they are logging into a portal for access.
No web proxies or filtering

Is there any pattern in the slow vs fast websites? (e.g. all a similar type, location)
Do you have laptops you could try it fro outside the network to to compare?
Can we establish in what ways the 4 sites mentioned may differ from other sites?
Do you use web proxies/web filtering?
