Hi,

In this doc from MS it says for O365 mailbox:

Exchange ActiveSync device limit The maximum number of Exchange ActiveSync devices per mailbox = 100

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-service-description/exchange-online-limits#exchange-activesync-limits

Does it mean 100 tablets, Android phones or Iphones can be used at the same time? Like if all 100 devices send or sync emails at the same does it suppose to work?

I doubt because I have less than that and some users says some time they can't send and have to try many times.

What is the real limit of number of simultaneous connections?

Also 100 limit does it include other connections too or just activesync?

Thanks

That's total number of devices, not devices currently active. There are other throttling limits in place which might affect sending/receiving messages, but most of those are not visible to us, so best contact support.
