Outlook cannot move messages to folder

Mac OUTLOOK client no longer lets me move email messages from my work Office365 account to my gmail account or another work office365 account. Messages can now only be moved to folders within the same email account. It was not like this before. Im sure updates from Microsoft killed this feature. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled and patched and nothing. This feature works great on a PC OUTLOOK client. Any ideas?

are you setup within a corporate environment?
they may have blocked this feature for compliance issues.
You should check with your IT team.

No regular home WiFi. Works great on my pc that's next to me but my Mac that feature no longer works. Sounds like Microsoft decided not to play well with Mac again
what version of Outlook are you using?
And what version of MacOS?
Outlook Version 16.23.1 (190326)
Mac OS 10.14.4
