can you please help to solve as new user account on outlook 2016 not auto discovering

Step1 run this with option -get (to check the addresses URLs of your exchange infrastructure)

Step2, Check that your cert is up and running

Step3. Make sure that ll related exchange server services are enabled don "Services"

This thread says that you need to get a good copy of the SharedWebConfig.config file from a working server and replace the faulty one on yours:

Apparently it's a bug in server 2010 through 2016.
