Skype for Business sometimes detect the compatible USB head phone, other times it does not.<br />

I am thinking there is possible corruption on the SSD.<br />

Do I need to install the Plantronics software and see if it detects the headset.<br />
I have not tested the headset on a different laptop to see if the problem happens again.
