Skype for Business sometimes detect the compatible USB head phone, other times it does not.
What could cause the above problem?
I am thinking there is possible corruption on the SSD.
Do I need to install the Plantronics software and see if it detects the headset.
I have not tested the headset on a different laptop to see if the problem happens again.

All, I just plan to replace the laptop.
Replace / upgrade the drivers.
Try the headset in another environment.
Seems unlikely (to me) this would be caused by SSD corruption (possible, not likely)
