Thank you David. I am trying to re-create a problem with a Microsoft Surface, and the best way to got about that is to first stress test the Surface.<br />

I will have to contact the video card manufacture for support. &nbsp;I went to the Microsoft Store and what they told me to do: Upgrade Windows 10 did not work.
