Microsoft outlook issues.
I get emails sent to a general office email address and for some reason I can look back for a month and longer but my colleagues cant.
I get the option " click here to view more on Microsoft exchange" and they don't.
Any Ideas?

Do they have an OST file for that Email file that limits what is shown? try turning Cached Mode off temporarily
Versions of MS Outlook for you and your colleagues?
In addition to the suggestion above, how does OWA report the email?

90% sure its outlook 2015
no such thing as ol2015.
10,13,16 and 19,but no 15.

Outlook 2015 means that your computer is an Apple Computer running OS X.
Your colleagues are also using Apple Computers?
