Help reading a Blue Screen Dump File

I have a computer that get the blue screen so often, I attached the latest dump file, please can someone help me read it

Could be Memory or a faulty driver.  Check memory with memtest86.exe and update your BIOS, Chipset and all other drivers with the PC manufacturer's driver update application.

it mentions tdiliv.sys from Livigent.com  (signed by RND Software Group Inc.)
if you have that insrtalled - uninstall it for a test
and yes - it can be a ram too; i use the UBCD to run memtest86+ fromm www.memtest.org
