Unlocking Shortel Phones
Does anyone know how to unlock a Shortel desktop phones (model 210 for example) to work with Ring Central?

It's been a long time, but if memory serves me the Shoretel phones do not use a standard SIP. So even if you can unlock them I am not sure you can provision them to work with another ipbx / provider.
To piggyback on Phonebuff's comment, I looked into Ringcentral's support page and under section 4 they have phones that will not work with RingCentral. Shoretel phones are listed there as they are locked and use a proprietary SIP.
