Redirected print jobs from Server2012 disappears from the print job menu
Honored Experts - I have an annoying problem RIGHT now with a disappearing print job from a Server 2012 RDS server.
I have multiple users connected from the wan side through port 3389 (no VPN) and needs to use the printer redirect to be able to print on the users locally connected printers.
When I log in to the RDP sessions on the server the local printer redirect just fine.
HOWEVER when I try to do a print, I can confirm that the job goes to the queue and the status is PRINTING, but after 10 seconds, it changes status to DELETING and disappears???
Any suggestions?

Sorry - What do you mean??
What I say: you press CTRL p to get to the printing dialogue, choose a printer and wait ten seconds before you finally click on print to see whether that makes a difference. It did for us.

Sorry the late feedback but your solution solved the problem :-)
I have seen similar symptoms. Please confirm: before you click on print, I mean within the printing dialogue, could you please wait a few (10) seconds before you click and see whether that makes a difference?
