The user needs to convert a short flash video (.FLV) to a video loop of some sort that can appear on the home page of a website. &nbsp;(I assume that a looping GIF might be the way to go)<br />

How do I do this conversion? &nbsp; I have tried a few websites that offer this service, but they either have trouble recognizing the .FLV file or only return an empty video.<br />

I have the Adobe Creative Suite, but not all the apps are installed.<br />
