Tunnelblick Server

I think my 1st or 2nd question here. I have a new client. They are moving to a new location. They gave me this MAC tower to put in the new server room. I am told it uses Tunnelblick and that's how they connect to it. On the Mac I can find Tunnelblick only as an app to connect out. I get what Tunnelblick is. An Openvpn server/client. Is the server side not gui based or am I missing something? I feel like if they were using this as a vpn server there should be something for me to edit to allow for the new static? They don't know enough to give me the info. Anyone have any ideas (besides the fact that they should know more)?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I saw this, but there is no option 6 available to me. There is no Openvpn edit option.
